American Airlines Cadet Academy
Take the Fastest Path to the Flight Deck
Three Regional Opportunities. One Path to American Airlines.
Infinity Flight is proud to provide professional flight training for students pursuing the American Airlines Cadet Academy at Piedmont, Envoy, or PSA at all of Infinity’s locations.
Each of American Airlines’ three wholly owned regional carriers offers its own Cadet Academy pathway, giving aspiring pilots multiple opportunities to connect with an airline as they progress through their flight training. Eligibility and entry points vary by carrier, allowing students to pursue the cadet opportunity that best aligns with their stage of training and career path.
Cadets benefit from a conditional job offer, mentorship, airline engagement, carrier visits, and opportunities to build relationships with the regional airline where they will begin their professional flying career. This also provides an established pathway for cadets to ultimately progress to American Airlines through their respective flow programs WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INTERVIEWS.
LET US GET YOU ON A DIRECT FLIGHT PATH TO THE WORLD’s LARGEST AIRLINE
Students interested in pursuing one of the American Airlines Cadet Programs can begin their journey by enrolling in Infinity Flight’s Fast Track or Flex Track program and start training immediately.
As a student progresses through training and meets the minimum requirements, they will have the opportunity to apply to the cadet program at the regional airline of American Airlines (Piedmont, Envoy or PSA) that best aligns with their career goals. Once accepted through the applicable regional airline cadet program, students can continue through the American Airlines Cadet pathway and complete the appropriate next steps in the hiring process. This approach allows students to begin working toward their professional pilot career immediately at Infinity while building the qualifications necessary to reach their goal of flying for American Airlines.
