Pursuing your Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII) and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) certificate will allow you to teach a wider range of students than a basic CFI certificate. You will be able to build multi-engine and instrument time necessary for higher-level aviation career opportunities. These advanced instructor ratings will expand your knowledge base, improve your judgment, enhance your teaching abilities, and help you to become a well-rounded and safer pilot.
